Throughout the school year the Board of Education may engage with the public through several venues including:
- Town Hall Meetings
- Targeted Community Consultations
- Focused Surveys
- Public Board Meetings

Present to the Board
Groups or individuals are welcome to make a presentation to the board at public meetings held monthly during the school year. In accordance with the Board’s Delegation / Presentation Protocol, presentations require one week’s advance notice, and written documentation of presentation material is required for review by 4:00 PM the Wednesday before the meeting. Presentations will be held to a 10-minute maximum.
